Rugby Park Coaches:

Will not evaluate you by comparing you with other students. Your individual development is what's important.

Will try our best to ensure you are treated fairly.

Will do our best not to intimidate or scare you, but we are your coaches, not your 'mates'.

Will put your happiness (which to us means safety, motivation and growth) first at all times we're with you.

Will try not to force opinion on you but will give you the chance to think for yourself; to develop the ability to find solutions of your own.

For your future growth

Will not accept you making other people feel bad.

Will not accept indignant or selfish behavior.

Will do our best to support efforts toward personal growth.

Will try to support you in any challenge you are willing to take on, even outside of Rugby Park.
